- Semi-Stale bread (good), lightly toasted (good), folded instead of cut (good)
- Fresh lettuce and thick tomato (good)
- Generic sauce (does the job)
- Super crunchy katsu crust, well seasoned and very tender pork tenderloin (excellent)
- Sirloin
- Flaky layers of breadcrumbs = very crispy with crunch
- Outer surface fried till just past golden brown (excellent)
- Pork cooked till a little bit of pink
- Pork as tender as sous vide cooked pork
